Ecommerce Executive

JD :

  • Manage product listings, assist with order processing and customer support, track inventory, conduct market research, create content, and support promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and optimize performance for seamless e-commerce operations.
  • Opening new E-commerce platforms product Listing on various ecommerce sites Oversight on inventory levels & delivery process
  • Maintain The Monthly report of monthly sales and number of units sold.
  • Should have knowledge of new and upcoming quick commerce.
  • Profile :

· Understanding of the market online – Key demographics of target customers, what does their online footprint look like, sites they visit, where they shop, buying habits etc

· Developing and defining customized reports & processes for seamless operational activities.

· Real understanding of the online strategy – Traffic, conversations, sales, customers subscriptions, lifetime value of customer etc

· Monitored online content and marketing promotions.

· Reviewed competitive sites and analysis from merchandise selling trends.

· Manage social networking sites associated with the e-commerce website for B2B and B2C.

· E-commerce Catalog Management and Order Processing for online shopping portals.E-commerce Catalog Management and Order Processing for online shopping portals.

· Manage the uploading of all products details/listing, including product descriptions, technical data, product features, product imagery, options, etc.

· Maintain database for website and selling platforms, (Amazon, flipkart, Myntra, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.) such as creating product listings, data entry with digital photos

· Coordinate and research external sources for the collection of product and industry information.

· Verify and ensure that product information is properly displayed and presented

· Align with key stakeholders in learning and developing new opportunities

· Carry out keyword research and SEO strategies that will be implemented to improve search rank and visibility for the products and content.

· Work closely with internal teams to create optimized product listings across all their eCommerce platforms.

· Product listing, pricing,& detailing, order processing, inventory management, Cataloging,daily operations, Uploading and updating product specifications, Images. material dispatching and customer followups.

· Handling the inventory management of the company.

· Discuss & provide 1x1 feedbacks to the team members with various ongoing internal issues and identifying the mitigation for the same

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
