JOB PROFILE: Mode: Work from Office Work Location: Indore Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.● Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.● Collaborate with the marketing, business and field sales teams to align strategy and improve leadquality.● Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for the team.● Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.● Manage the CRM system effectively and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.● Handle escalations and key client communications when required. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.● 3+ years of experience in inside sales/relationship sales role, with at least 1 year in aleadership/mentoring role.● Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho,Salesforce, HubSpot).● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive team performance.● Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
