About the Role:

Shreenath Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team

You'll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving consistent sales growth through effective communication and follow-ups

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Share product information, quotations, and follow up on proposals.

Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce, Business, or Marketing).

1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (manufacturing or related industries preferred).

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
