Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior B2B Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Senior B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development
  • Strong leadership qualities and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
  • Experience in the technology, telecommunications, or communications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
