,Job description:

* Reviewing tender documents, qualification criteria, and preparing a presentation, risk matrix, and information to top management to get approval for bidding.

* Coordinating with the internal departments for the preparation of submission documents including creative material, financial records, presentations etc

* Preparing technical and commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

* Attend pre-bid meetings and make queries on behalf of the company

* To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of the outgoing submission.

Must have:

  • Experience of 5 years in the same field with advertising agencies/event management companies

  • Familiarity with the tendering process and a good knowledge of the field

  • Good communication skills, determination, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

  • Candidate should have adequate experience with the GeM and CPP portal
