We have opening for

Industrial Sales Manager for Gujarat region .Opening is for a global MNC into composites, adhesive, resin, sealant.

Location - Ahmedabad / Vadodara

Salary - upto 15 lakhs

Experience - 4+ years in B2B market

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

·

To lead the business development activity in the allotted region, in a professional and skilful manner, to achieve and improve planned and targeted sales volumes, margins and payment performance, within budgeted operating costs, whilst conducting business in line with company's principles and implementing agreed national pricing policies.

·

To forge strong personal links with key players at each account personally managed, ensuring strong and lasting technical and commercial partnerships. Follow up all sales enquiries as and when required.

·

To identify, secure, train and support new distributors in designated territories, to ensure comprehensive market coverage and the ability to penetrate new market or regional opportunities.

·

To drive forward new sales development opportunities, within the existing regional customer base and with entirely new customer opportunities, based on the full range of products & resin technology manufacturing capabilities within the group, to deliver significant long-term profit and cash growth, working closely with marketing, technical, operations and product management teams as needed.

·

To support the Regional Commercial & Strategy Manager, as required at major accounts regionally, to ensure that customer projects are appropriately resourced.

·

To manage technical issues at customers and coordinate updates to the customer throughout the investigation process, with support from technical service.

·

To work closely with local operations, Country Warehouse Manager, responsible for order completion and product despatch, to ensure excellent and cost-effective customer service is provided, including active membership and leadership, if necessary, of project and/or service improvement teams and to ensure that accurate & timely sales forecasts are provided to enable efficient & cost-effective business & operations planning activities.

To work closely with product management and marketing to assist with producing marketing literature, sales tools, price lists and promotional activities.

·

To work closely with product management, R&D and technical service to assist with the development of the product range by providing market and technical needs for the selected products.

·

To Identify appropriate customer approval programmes, working closely with product management, and technical service

·

To establish and agree sales budget data and targets with Regional Sales Manager and independent distributors, based on agreed commercial direction for product range, margin targets and confirmed target plans.

·

Assist Credit Control when necessary.

·

To submit written reports, with respect to customer visits, budgets and market share by efficiently using DAN and Sugar CRM tools when implemented.

·

To perform any other tasks reasonably requested to support the business activity and meet team and company objectives.

·

To travel as and when necessary, to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships.
