MarketResearch: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities andmarket dynamics related to PVC raw materials. Conduct regularmarket research to identify emerging trends and opportunities forbusiness expansion.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve salestargets and deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance trainingand support to team members to enhance their performance andproductivity. SalesForecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts andreports on a regular basis. Monitor sales performance analyze salesdata and identify areas for improvement. Provide timely updates tosenior management regarding sales achievements challenges andfuture prospects.Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing terms andcontracts with clients to ensure profitable business deals. Reviewand finalize contracts agreements and other legal documents relatedto salestransactions.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionby delivering quality products excellent service and timelysupport. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a promptand professionalmanner. Complianceand Ethics: Adhere to company policies ethical standards andregulatory requirements in all sales activities. Ensure compliancewith relevant laws regulations and industrystandards. Stayuptodate with new products/services and new pricing/paymentplansCoordinate with dispatch team & arrangecomplete transport for dispatch The abilityand desire to sell. Should have salesexperience. Positive confident anddetermined approach. Resilience and theability to cope with rejection. High degreeof selfmotivation and ambition. Skills towork both independently and as part of ateam. Capability to flourish in acompetitive environment. Proven track recordof success in sales management particularly in the PVC raw materialindustry. Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills. Soundknowledge of PVC raw materials market trends and industrydynamics. Proficiency in MSOffice.
