We areseeking a highly entrepreneurial Partnerships Director with asuccessful track record of B2B sales and account management withexperience in the education EdTech or wider Tech space a realplus.

This is a role with huge amounts ofprogression. As we set up our India company we are looking for aPartnerships Director who has the potential to become ManagingDirector of this Indian arm in the nearfuture.

Salary : 1921 Lakhs per annum.

Flexibleworking : We offer a fully flexible workingenvironment with access to a coworking space in Bangalore for thelocal team.

Annualleave : 25days.

Location : Thisrole is a fulltime permanent role based in Bangalore (working fromhome with access to an office).

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Strategynew business partnership management being a player in the startupecosystem

  • Create and execute a clearand actionable short and mediumterm strategy for the Indian marketfor both our existing buyer portfolio and new buyers youidentify.
  • Work with the Managing Director andIndia Advisory Board to secure seed funding for the Indiabusiness.
  • Secure new business from a diverserange of new and existing partners in India by buildingrelationships at a senior level both drawing on your own networksand using existing networks to reach the rightpeople.
  • Build sustainable sales pipelines andrun effective sales campaigns that contribute to overall incometargets.
  • Manage existing partners working withthem to deliver to their objectives and continuing to nurturerelationships.
  • Proactively seek opportunitiesto broaden our reach and brand awareness with new customers and thewider EdTech and startupecosystem.

  • Successfultrack record in an incomegenerating business developmentrole.
  • Demonstrable success in building andgrowing relationships across all levels of seniority in educationEdTech or Tech organizations.
  • Working in aremote/dispersed role a real plus if its in a globalteam.
