Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Customer Service Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing effective customer support and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Coordination with other departments to address customer needs and feedback is also a key responsibility.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in customer service roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
