**SERVICE COORDINATOR**

We are seeking a Service Coordinator with experience in the iron steel / fabrication/ machinery automation industry to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating customer service activities, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer service activities and ensure timely delivery of services.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that customer requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved.

Communicate with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues.

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Engineering degree in a mechanical field.

3+ years of experience in a customer service role within the steel fabrication industry.

Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil.

Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. Qualification: Diploma / Engineering

2. Work experience 3+ years ,Knowledge of customer service in engineering factory

3. Ability to speak English/ Kannada/ Hindi/ Tamil

4. Good on MS office - work, excel & power point

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
