**1. Coordination of Service Operations**
- **Scheduling and Dispatching**: Schedule maintenance, repairs, and emergency services by assigning technicians to specific jobs.
- **Resource Allocation**: Ensure that necessary tools, parts, and equipment are available for technicians to perform their tasks efficiently.
- **Work Order Management**: Create, track, and close service orders in the system.
**2. Customer Communication**
- **Initial Contact**: Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing service or reporting issues.
- **Follow-Up**: Provide updates to customers on service status, including delays or rescheduling if necessary.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction and improve future services.
**3. Technical Support and Documentation**
- **Technical Understanding**: Have basic knowledge of water treatment systems to understand service requirements and relay information effectively.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of service history, contracts, and equipment warranties.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
**4. Quality Assurance**
- **Compliance Checks**: Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards, company policies, and environmental regulations.
- **Service Verification**: Review completed service tasks for accuracy and quality before closing out work orders.
**5. Coordination with Internal Teams**
- **Collaboration with Technicians**: Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, providing detailed job instructions and ensuring smooth communication.
- **Parts and Inventory Management**: Work with the supply chain team to ensure availability of critical parts and tools.
- **Training Coordination**: Assist in organizing training sessions for technicians to stay updated on the latest technology and safety protocols.
**6. Emergency and Crisis Management**
- **Rapid Response**: Coordinate immediate service in case of system failures or water treatment emergencies.
- **Problem Solving**: Facilitate troubleshooting efforts between technicians and customers to resolve issues quickly.
**7. Administrative Tasks**
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Prepare and process invoices for completed services.
- **Contract Management**: Monitor and update service contracts, ensuring renewals are timely.
- **Compliance Documentation**: Maintain records for regulatory and compliance purposes, such as water quality reports and inspection certificates.
**8. Continuous Improvement**
- **Process Optimization**: Identify areas for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Use customer and technician feedback to refine workflows and service quality.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge of water treatment systems.
- Proficiency in scheduling and service management software.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially in emergency scenarios.
Pay: ₹11,116.64 - ₹30,396.39 per month
