The Role:

Roles and Responsibilities: Plan Growth Campaigns: Support the development, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Should have experience in driving numbers in terms of campaigns Monetization Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at monetizing Razorpay’s products and services, including supporting pricing experiments Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate on initiatives to optimize the conversion funnel, assisting with A/B tests and refining user flows to enhance conversion rates. Product-Led Growth Assistance: Aid in identifying opportunities for product-led growth and support the integration of marketing efforts with product development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives, supporting coordination with product, design, engineering, and sales teams Familiar with CRM platforms: Should have knowledge to design email, whatsapp campaigns and how to drive these campaigns through CRM platforms Understanding of cross-border eco-system and payments movement. Lead growth of the cross-border charter in terms of business and users by closely working with PMM, Product and Ops teams Mandatory qualifications: Data-Driven Approach: Ability to work with data analytics tools and leverage data for decision-making. Understanding of Growth Marketing: Familiarity with growth marketing principles and techniques. Basic Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding of CRO principles and eagerness to learn and assist in implementing them. Alignment with Product-Marketing Goals: Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams to support product-led growth initiatives. Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and contribute to strategic thinking and problem-solving processes. Familiarity with Marketing and Automation Tools: Basic understanding of marketing automation tools and martech landscape. Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably with exposure to growth marketing or the technology industry.
