experience in travel operations or related fields
EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
Supervise the Operations team and oversee all post-sales activities to ensure timely execution.
Manage post-sales operational tasks, including ticketing, voucher issuance, payment collection, and confirmation.
Handle visa processing and management of other essential travel documents.
Communicate effectively with customers throughout the post-sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the Sales Team and Tour Managers to align on objectives.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including visa vendors, airlines, transport providers, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
Prepare and present regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
Manage the budget to meet business goals and objectives.
Improve and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
5+ years of experience in travel operations or a related role.
Graduate in Travel & Tourism preferred. Having MBA will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to collaborate with multiple business units and external partners
