  • A Key Account Manager for Tre Cred Solutions Private Limited in Delhi handling Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing key client relationships, ensuring business growth across the loan portfolio, and supporting customer needs through effective communication and strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term relationships with key clients for PL, BL, HL, and LAP.
  • Source new business opportunities and nurture leads via field sales, channel partners.
  • Understand client requirements, propose suitable loan solutions, and ensure accurate product delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, complaints, and loan servicing issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, credit, operations) to process applications, sanction loans, and facilitate smooth disbursal.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, report on account status, market trends, and business performance.
  • Train and mentor junior staff or sales officers to maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle renewals for long-term client retention.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation across loan products.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in loan sales or key account management; expertise across PL, BL, HL, LAP segments preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and sales cycles in retail and commercial finance.
  • Organizational skills for handling multiple accounts and maintaining MIS reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
