Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Lead located in Bengaluru. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales either with a reputed builder or channel partner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Knowledge of real estate market and industry trends
  • Goal-oriented and result-driven mindset
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
