Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in BANGALORE for a Sales Manager in the Commercial Real Estate sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable commercial real estate solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

This is a Team Management Role.


Qualifications

  • Proven 3-4 years of work experience in Sales & Leasing in the commercial real estate industry is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the PUNE commercial real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi.
