Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist at Look Who's Talking in Gurugram. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing brand development, brand identity, communication, and fostering brand advocacy among the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and strategy.Brand Messaging:
Define and maintain brand messaging across all platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance to the target audience.Campaign Management:
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand identity.Brand Guidelines:
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all communications are cohesive and aligned with the brand’s identity.Performance Monitoring:
Monitor brand performance through metrics, surveys, and analytics, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.Consumer Behavior:
Stay up-to-date with consumer behavior trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Collaboration:
