Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to work very closely with Demand Management & Regional Field Services Unit of GFS to understand new Technical Resource requirement & act proactively.
  • Develop and implement effective Technician onboarding\Offboarding programs for GFS by working very close to the Talent Acquisition leader.
  • Monitor the GFS Global hirings ongoing with TA & follow-up, escalate as per business needs.
  • Establish Key KPI’s for GFS & Talent Acquisition, ex: Time to Hire, Quality of Hire etc..
  • Work very closely with GFS Training Manager, in Creating training materials and resources, such as manuals, job aids, and videos, to support the onboarding process by Working in cohesion with AVASO L&D team.
  • Coordinating with FS hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that new hires have all the necessary Knowledge, equipment, tools, and access to systems they need to perform their job duties.
  • Conducting orientation sessions and on-the-job training to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of training needs for field employees by collaborating with RFS department heads and field supervisors. Identify skill gaps and performance issues to develop targeted training programs along with AVASO L&D team.
  • Continuously enhance training programs by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Incorporate innovative training techniques and tools to enhance the learning experience and optimize training outcomes.


Qualities and Skills required Essential :


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or human resources
  • Minimum 6 Years experience in IT Service Management, Project Management or Workforce Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful training programs.
  • Experience working with field sales teams preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Proficiency in data management and Data analysis, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI
