Tealbox DIgital is a leading digital marketing agency with a focus on data-driven results. We specialize in GA4 tracking implementation, ad tracking for platforms such as Facebook and , Google Tag Manager (GTM), Shopify GA4 tracking, and event-based tracking for custom websites.


We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Tracking Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and innovative thinker with a basic understanding of code and the tools required to implement tracking. They will be responsible for creating and implementing tracking solutions across a range of platforms and websites.


Responsibilities:


  • Deploy and manage tracking solutions utilizing Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Events Manager, and other relevant tools across diverse platforms and websites.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to implement data layers and tracking codes, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data collection.
  • Configure event-based tracking for custom websites, Shopify GA4 tracking, and other e-commerce platforms to monitor user interactions effectively.
  • Integrate Google tracking solutions such as Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce for advanced insights and optimization.
  • Implement server-side tracking solutions to capture data from server interactions, ensuring comprehensive data collection and analysis.
  • Integrate Floodlight tracking for advanced conversion tracking and attribution modeling across various advertising platforms.
  • Utilize app SDKs for tracking user interactions and behavior within mobile applications, providing insights for optimization and engagement strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues promptly, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Optimize tracking implementations to enhance data accuracy, performance, and actionable insights, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to team members on tracking implementation techniques and best practices.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in tracking implementation, with expertise in GA4, GTM, Facebook Events Manager, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in code fundamentals, particularly JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with demonstrated experience in implementing data layers.
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking methodologies and experience integrating app SDKs for mobile tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Floodlight tracking and event-based tracking for custom websites is advantageous.
