Job Description

ABATE AS, a dynamic healthcare organization headquartered in North Kerala, operates eye hospitals, optical stores, and educational institutions across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We are committed to providing world-class eye care services and education to the community. We are currently hiring a Zoho CRM and Analytics Specialist.



The Zoho CRM and Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

- Deliver regular and ad-hoc data, reporting, and analytics requests.

- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights.

- Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

- Develop high-quality reports and dashboards with self-service capabilities and packaged insights.

- Write advanced SQL queries to manipulate and interpret large datasets.

- Advocate for data quality and work closely with teams to enhance data processes and solutions.

- Collaborate with leadership to understand data requirements and provide tailored data-driven solutions.


Experience

- Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics, including creating complex reports and dashboards.

- Extensive experience in data analysis and providing insights in dynamic, fast-paced organizations.

- Strong ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.

- Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders to understand goals and address challenges.

- Familiarity with various technology platforms and business systems, including CRM tools like Zoho CRM and SAP.

- Proficient in Excel/Zoho Sheets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Application, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in data analytics or CRM systems is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience in creating reports and dashboards.
