What is the work?
A Zoho CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions to meet the specific needs of clients and specifically Sales & Marketing modules. Analyzing client requirements and recommending suitable CRM solutions. Designing and implementing Zoho CRM configurations, workflows, and automation. Developing custom Zoho CRM modules, functions, and reports using Deluge scripting language. Integrating Zoho CRM with third-party applications such as marketing automation tools, e-commerce platforms, and other business software. Managing data migration and data quality assurance in Zoho CRM. Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to Zoho CRM. Staying up-to-date with the latest Zoho CRM updates, features, and integrations. Communicating effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Zoho Certified developerWhat skills and experience are we looking for?
Should have strong technical skills in web development, database management, and scripting. Should also have a solid understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities and customization options. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Should also have strong technical skills in web development in open source frameworks like Laravel, ecommerce solutions like Magento, Shopify etc.-
