Title : Senior Workday Absence and Time Tracking Specialist

Location : Remote

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.

- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of time-related transactions.

- Configure absence plans, time-off policies, and accrual rules in alignment with organizational policies and regulations.

- Provide guidance and support to end-users on system functionality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and analyze absence and time tracking data.

- Lead testing efforts for system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations related to absence and time tracking.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in absence management and time tracking.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration, with a focus on Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.

- Strong technical proficiency in configuring and maintaining Workday modules.

- In-depth knowledge of absence management and time tracking processes and regulations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
