About the Role:

We are seeking a Closing Manager to drive sales conversions for our premium residential projects in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with prospective buyers, conducting site visits, handling negotiations, and ensuring smooth closure of deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture qualified leads received from sourcing / presales teams.
  • Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to match their housing needs.
  • Handle price discussions, negotiations, and deal structuring to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, finance) to ensure seamless documentation and handover.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Track sales performance and provide insights to improve closure strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
  • Experience: 35 years in real estate closing / direct sales / residential sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and conversions in the real estate market.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
