Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Closing Manager with 3- 5 years of experience in real estate closures. The role involves driving high lead-to-closure conversions across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales closures across multiple channels (Direct Sales, CPs, Corporate, Referrals).
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations & transaction procedures.
  • Conduct market & competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
  • Enhance customer journey & site experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams Engineering, Legal, Marketing, CRM.

Skills Required

  • Proven negotiation & closing skills.
  • Strong communication & presentation abilities.
  • CRM proficiency (SFDC/ERP).
  • Excellent relationship management (HNIs, Corporates, CPs).
  • Market knowledge & competitor awareness.
  • Goal-oriented with high lead-to-conversion ratio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • Experience with medium to large developers.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of real estate sales closing experience.
