Experience:- 5+ Years

What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra, and other relevant platforms
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and meet ROI targets
Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts
Allocate and manage the performance marketing budget effectively across various channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Create and optimize landing pages and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates
Implement tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness accurately
Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning and managing performance marketing budgets independently
Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition through paid channels
Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies
Experience in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry is a plus
Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable
