About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Open Financial Technologies Private Limited. As a Paid Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and meet ROI targets
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts
  • Allocate and manage the performance marketing budget effectively across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Create and optimize landing pages and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates
  • Implement tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness accurately
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning and managing performance marketing budgets independently
  • Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition through paid channels
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies
  • Experience in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry is a plus
  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable
