As a Social Media Manager at Pixis, you will be responsible for managing the company's organic and paid social media efforts end-to-end, including ideation, creation, and overseeing design execution, posting, and management of social media and advertising campaigns on primarily Facebook and Meta.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • End-to-end owner of the company's social media calendar across all active channels.
  • Define the company's social media objectives and devise a strategy in alignment with the business goals.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Success) to build a holistic representation and reputation for Pixis on social channels.
  • Identify trends to leverage for the social calendar and brand-building efforts.
  • Creative ideation and execution with content, brand, and design teams to build the social media calendar.
  • Suggest and implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and activations that tell the story of our products accurately.
  • Operations and engagement analysis to show month-on-month improvement in performance.
