Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Home Loans located in Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating home loan leads, managing and converting sales inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, planning sales strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, specifically in home loans or financial products
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and plan sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Relevant experience and knowledge in the banking or financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
