Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at WCube in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.

Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
Team Management and Leadership abilities
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of technology products/services
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
