Role Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Manager
to accelerate our growth in the
UK enterprise market
. The role is hybrid (office + remote), focusing on
enterprise acquisition, account growth, and partner engagement
across
cloud contact centre, CPaaS, and system integration
offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales in the UK, targeting CIOs, CTOs, and CX leaders.
- Drive adoption of
HookZ CX, HookZ Connect, and HookZ Systems
across key verticals. - Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and meet quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales (telecom, SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or system integration).
- Strong knowledge of
contact centre, CPaaS, and security/networking solutions
. - Proven success in winning and managing
enterprise accounts in the UK
. - Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid model while engaging global teams.
