This leadership role demands a visionary sales professional with extensive experience in developing business strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals in a competitive global market.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales LeadershipDefine and implement global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio in the IT services and consulting sectors.Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities globally, with a focus on long-term partnerships.Develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding the company's footprint.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-value clients, understanding their business objectives and offering tailored solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Operations ManagementOversee sales pipeline management, forecast revenues, and ensure timely reporting to the executive team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align efforts and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.Market Insights and Competitive AnalysisConduct thorough market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities.Develop actionable insights to refine sales strategies and enhance market positioning.Team Leadership and DevelopmentRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Provide ongoing coaching and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience:
10+ years in sales leadership roles within IT services and consulting, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.Sales Expertise:
Strong understanding of IT solutions and consulting services, with expertise in B2B sales, relationship management, and deal negotiation.Global Acumen:
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow sales across international markets.Communication & Presentation:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.Analytical Thinking:
Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.CRM Proficiency:
