Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Development : Lead and manage a global team of consultants, solution architects, and project managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Build the team’s technical and consulting skills, especially in India, focusing on talent management and succession planning.
- End-to-End Service Delivery : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation support, ensuring seamless solutions delivery across on-premise and cloud platforms . Ensure exceptional client outcomes in all regions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams—sales , product management , development , and account management —to deliver an integrated client experience. Align the professional services function with the client's global strategy.
- Risk Management and Transparency : Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure effective risk and control management. Foster a culture of transparency and accountability across all service delivery teams.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients. Serve as the face of professional services and act as a trusted advisor, representing the company at industry events and forums.
- Strategic Leadership : Provide thought leadership and strategic insights on market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities to innovate and grow service offerings.
Requirements
- 15+ Years of Experience : Proven leadership in professional services , ideally within the financial services sector . Demonstrated success in building and growing global teams.
- Expert in Financial Operations : In-depth knowledge of financial operations, particularly in post-trade processing , reconciliations , and regulatory requirements.
- Data-driven Strategic Leadership : Ability to drive business growth and innovation using a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Commercial Acumen : Strong business management skills, including experience with budgeting , forecasting, and delivering measurable results. Ability to balance client needs with commercial objectives.
- Global Client Engagement : Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and managing client relationships at a global scale. A proven track record of delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Travel : Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally to oversee operations and strengthen client relationships.
