TalentWorx is retained to onboard an experienced Global Head of Professional Services to lead a diverse and high-performing team of professionals across multiple regions, including Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. This key leadership role, based in Bangalore, will focus on driving operational excellence and client success within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in service delivery management, and a strong track record in growing and managing global teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and manage a global team of consultants, solution architects, and project managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Build the team’s technical and consulting skills, especially in India, focusing on talent management and succession planning.
  • End-to-End Service Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation support, ensuring seamless solutions delivery across on-premise and cloud platforms. Ensure exceptional client outcomes in all regions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams—sales, product management, development, and account management—to deliver an integrated client experience. Align the professional services function with the client's global strategy.
  • Risk Management and Transparency: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure effective risk and control management. Foster a culture of transparency and accountability across all service delivery teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients. Serve as the face of professional services and act as a trusted advisor, representing the company at industry events and forums.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership and strategic insights on market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities to innovate and grow service offerings.


Requirements

  • 15+ Years of Experience: Proven leadership in professional services, ideally within the financial services sector. Demonstrated success in building and growing global teams.
  • Expert in Financial Operations: In-depth knowledge of financial operations, particularly in post-trade processing, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Data-driven Strategic Leadership: Ability to drive business growth and innovation using a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business management skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and delivering measurable results. Ability to balance client needs with commercial objectives.
  • Global Client Engagement: Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and managing client relationships at a global scale. A proven track record of delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally to oversee operations and strengthen client relationships.
