Should have 6-12 years of experience in Compensation.Postgraduate degree in Human Resources/equivalentStrong communication skills, liaise with Finance team and internal stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, strong in ExcelDemonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.Action-oriented and results-driven.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and manage compensation practices and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about pay equity.Support the cost budgeting exercise.Design and use dashboards and reports to gain insights in to effectiveness of reward practices.Conduct compensation data analysis and support compensation planning cycles.Review our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.Responsible for end-to-end computation of incentives (STI, LDI, CSIP and any new incentive policy coming into play)Assist in STI calculation automation processes.Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.Assist in Global Job Framework Creation - contribute to the development of a global job framework.Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
