Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of Food & Beverages for City Mart Supermarket. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with top FMCG companies such as FMCG Company and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for Food & Beverages across all supermarket outlets.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships with FMCG majors including FMCG Company, etc.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and stocking of food and beverage items as per demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
  • Analyze sales trends and plan purchases accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Evaluate new suppliers and products for better quality and margins.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
