Required Skill Set: General Skills: Excellent communication and soft skills. Ability to structure calls professionally and efficiently. Empathy-driven approach to customer interactions. Positive, polite, and professional demeanor. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of client processes and workflows. Ability to identify routine issues and resolve them effectively. Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems. Key Competencies: Strong customer service orientation. Team player with a collaborative mindset. High adaptability to change and new challenges. Ethical and professional conduct at all times. Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles preferred. Open to graduates from any stream with strong communication skills.
