Responsibilities:

  • Telecall drivers and customers and reach out through WhatsApp
  • Assisting the sales team with various tasks managing customer databases, and providing customer support, and support with other stake holders.
  • Provide Marketing Support to marketing team by creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and developing content for marketing materials.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases, as well as other internal databases.
  • Help with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, coordinating events, and managing schedules.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role.
  • Need to be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in their work.

Qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Freshers are welcome
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service calls.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work from office and from home as needed.
  • Basic Understanding of Sales and Marketing is a must
