About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:Sales Activities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical practitioners.
  • Promote the companys healthcare products/services and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and promotional activities.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Marketing Activities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Participate in healthcare exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to suggest innovative marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create digital marketing and outreach strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a database of key clients and prospects.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback from healthcare professionals to improve services and offerings.
