The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be working for Ziana Jewels Pvt Ltd and should be a dynamic and detail-oriented individual responsible for supporting the sales and marketing departments. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to assist with campaign execution, manage customer databases, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, proficient with relevant software, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and assist with competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Help create and distribute marketing content, such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, brochures, and press releases.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, which may include preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and update customer and prospect databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and organized information.
  • Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing regular updates to management.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and sales meetings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general office duties, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining marketing and sales materials inventory.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as needed to support both sales and marketing efforts.

Skills and qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is often preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be sufficient with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience (1–2 years) in a sales, marketing, or administrative role is often desired, but entry-level candidates may be considered.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail are crucial for success.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are necessary for creating content, preparing reports, and interacting with customers.
