In addition, Dream Theatre distributes apparel, toys, and content for syndication in South Asia and operates their own e-commerce platform called KidsMojo.Com.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to lead generation, pitching to potential clients, creating and maintaining business relationships, identifying new licensing opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing contracts. They will also be responsible for market research and analysis, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the management.QualificationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven experience in business development and salesStrong networking and relationship-building abilitiesKnowledge of licensing industry and trendsMarket research and analysis skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the entertainment, sports, or lifestyle industry is a plus
