Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at SIXT, you will be creating solutions used globally by millions of users, revolutionising the way people experience mobility.

In this position, you will play a critical role in developing the future of our digital products and enhance the customer experience for the entire rental experience. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives in the digital rental experience domain. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer journey and can create experiences that engage and delight our customers, and ultimately lead to long-lasting relationships. Together with various stakeholders, you'll be driving product initiatives that deliver value to our customers and create business impact at the moment of truth.

What you’ll do? – Perform as smoothly as our cars:

  • Lead a customer centric product strategy, roadmap and backlog, ensuring an intuitive and premium car rental experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Own and drive key features/projects over the full product development cycle: from ideation phase, through design, specification and development and over to the launch and post release analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, Analytics, data science, operations, and the business stakeholders to define, build and launch products/features.
  • Demonstrate the ability to write crystal clear product specs, optimize conversion funnels, and to foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the testing of new ideas and features through rapid prototyping and A/B testing.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, KPIs and results to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organisation.
  • Find the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation.
Qualifications

What do you need to succeed? – Your willingness to accelerate:

  • You have Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or business.
  • You bring 5-8 years of product management experience, adept in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on customer-facing digital products.
  • Experience in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility industry is a plus.
  • You're comfortable leading, using available data insights to help your team and peers to make strategic product decisions.
  • You excel at analysing and communicating complex topics clearly and concisely across all organisational levels.
  • You’re energetic and hard-working, a continuous learner in an ever-changing ecosystem of interactive pixels, striving for the highest possible quality of work.
  • You are passionate for “making it happen” and a hands-on mentality for flawless execution.
  • You’re resourceful and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently.
  • You have excellent English communication skills and the ability to present and defend your ideas effectively with various types of stakeholders.
