Presales and lead generation manager is responsible for generating leads for various value stream (Business organizations) organisations for all global markets as per the priority assigned by regional director and top management. Achieve lead generation targets for each market.

Reports to: Regional DirectorResponsible for: Presales and Lead Generation

Role Scope :

 Develop periodical Annual Sales plan, campaign plan and sales strategy through and orchestrate the process of lead generation, leveraging diverse channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook), cold calls, email campaigns and prospecting activities. Crafting impactful marketing messages by developing effective marketing collaterals and sales support materials and manage them on a timely basis. Managing and scheduling digital marketing activities. Work collaboratively on all aspects of online content development, for example, design & develop presentation, video tutorials, infographics, and webinars for colleagues at all levels. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to take the leads to next stage of sales. Identify new business opportunities and implement marketing programs for revenue generation through marketing initiatives & new client development. Should be able to connect with CXO level and purchase team. Should have knowledge of vendor registration to get the RFQ from large organizations. Should have hands on experience of generating leads from North America, Europe and APMEA and SOA markets. Hand on experience of data mining process by doing market research using tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Crunchbase, Rocketreach etc.

Experience :

 B2B lead generation experience Market research through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc tools. Setting up an appointment VP, CIO, Directors and convincing for a technical discussion upon company product offerings. Should be able to understand the client requirements and connect with right SMEs. Experience of developing AI tools for quick and faster reach.

Knowledge :

 Understanding of B2B lead generation process. Understanding of global markets and country specificities. Understanding of digital tools for lead generation and marketing.

Skills :

 Ability to connect with CXO team. Strong market analysis skills. Ability and enthusiasm to learn new skills/solutions. Ability to manage activities independently. Ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies. Ability to communicate effectively and engage with clients. A creative and innovative approach to marketing.

Working Pattern and Location :

 Permanent. Monday-Friday. Work in 2nd Shift (13:00 to 10:00PM or similar).
