Role Overview:

As an Oracle EPM Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management). You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and demonstrating how Hexaware’s EPM solutions can address their business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing Oracle EPM solutions, with a focus on Hyperion.
  • Proven experience with FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service), Consolidation, Period Close, and Data Management.
  • Mandatory experience in a presales role, demonstrating the ability to drive the sales process with technical expertise.


Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of Oracle EPM products and their applications in business scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical questions and concerns from clients.


Presales Support:

  • Engage with clients to understand their EPM requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) showcasing Hexaware’s EPM solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to craft proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).


Implementation Experience:

  • Leverage your experience in implementing Oracle EPM solutions to offer practical insights and recommendations.
  • Share best practices and industry standards for EPM implementations, consolidations, and period close processes.


Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their EPM strategy and solutions.


Travel:

  • Be prepared to travel to client sites and Hexaware offices as needed to support presales activities and client engagements.
