Overview :

The Client Servicing Head (Project Delivery Head - Marketing Services) is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of marketing projects from inception to completion.

This role involves strategic planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives to ensure they meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and stay within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, project management, and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning and Strategy: o Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. o Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives. o Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.

2. Execution and Delivery: o Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. o Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives. o Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

3. Client Management: o Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. o Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise. o Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and outcomes.

4. Team Leadership: o Manage and mentor project managers and team members to achieve project goals. o Allocate resources effectively and ensure teams have the necessary tools and support. o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

5. Budget and Resource Management: o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently. o Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating any financial risks. o Optimize resource allocation to maximize project outcomes.

6. Risk Management: o Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. o Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

7. Continuous Improvement: o Analyze project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. o Implement best practices and processes to enhance project delivery and efficiency. o Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to apply innovative solutions.
