Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless execution of transactions.
- Manage client queries and retain the HSBC wallet by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Align with the global model and business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Team leader to implement client-centric initiatives, including training, technology implementation, and client surveys.
- Contribute to the achievement of strategic direction given by the Client Service Head for consistent delivery of high-quality client services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Global Standards.
- Support the Team Leader in driving a culture of long-term, high-quality needs-based solutions for clients.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, excellent knowledge of transaction banking, and a strong passion for serving clients and managing relationships.
- Essential experience includes 3-5 years in transaction banking, excellent customer handling skills, and a commitment to service excellence.
- Desirable experience includes working in an international global banking environment and broad-based knowledge of HSBC Group companies.
