LTIMindtree are Hiring Senior ServiceNow Developers/Technical Lead - (SPM)

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Noida

Experience - 5 + years.

PFB JD:

  • Minimum 6 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
  • Provide recommendations to enhance mature the existing implementation of SPM Configure SPM reports dashboards and portals for product owners and business
  • stakeholders Innovation Management Demand Management Project Management for planning costing resources planning Portfolio Management
  • Handson experience in Incident Problem Change Knowledge Management Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management CMDB B2B Integration etc.
  • Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScript's JSON
  • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Agile Scrum methodology Experience
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
  • Understanding of Client Side and Server Side Scripting ie Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc
  • Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials
  • Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills
  • Ensures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration
