  • We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Technical Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements.
  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will also be required to configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using scripting (JavaScript), workflow, and other development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using scripting (JavaScript), workflow, and other development techniques.
  • Develop technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to Business Process Consultants.
  • Responsible for leading technical implementations, providing technical design lead, and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Hands-on skills and/or experience in Web Technologies (e.g., JavaScript, SOAP/REST web services, XML & JSON).
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Application Development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, scripting, and web development.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM, SPM, ITAM, ITBM, and others.
