Virtual Relation Manager ( Navi Mumbai)Grade :- AM/DM
Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships through virtual engagements
  • Provide clients with personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure holistic client service
  • Track and achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during all interactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a relationship management or Banking Product sales role
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM systems
