Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Guwahati. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing investment advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, offering suitable investment solutions, maintaining long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research to stay updated on financial trends and products.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Sales skills
- Investment Advice, Financial Planning, and Market Research skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
