Relevant Experience of a minimum of 3 to 5 years in selling CAD/Engineering/Programming Outsourcing Services in mainly US, UK AND EU market with ability to close deals, meet revenue and lead generation targets consistently.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads from calling, emailing, social selling, events, networking and other channels.- Coordinate with Operations Team on day-to-day basis for project management- Demonstrated skills in market, web and data research environment with an advanced knowledge of trending technologies and state of the AV industry in the designated geography- Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking to a wide range of complex business issues- Responsible for goal achievement of appointment setting, lead generation and client closures/conversion and revenue targets- Drive qualified sales meetings resulting in top of sales funnel pipeline- Implements and maintains sales best practices- Develops, maintains, and reports on monthly and quarterly team forecasts- Suggests improvement to optimize lead qualification and sales processes- Create open-communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate
